Create an UNFORGETTABLE Valentine
gift for someone special!

Even though
this Bucket Bouquet looks intimidating,
it is REALLY SIMPLE!
Step 1. Order Your Edible Tasty Print(s)
To
make 3" heart cookies you will need to order
2.5 Inch Photo Print Circles. These sheets are
regularly $12.95 however we have put these Edible
Print sheets on sale for the holiday at $11.65. If
you purchase two or more, each sheet is only $8.74.
Each sheet let's you make 12 cookies.
Step 2. Trim your Edible Tasty Prints
When
your Edible Tasty Prints arrive, they will be
pre-cut into 2.5 inch circles. These circles will
fit onto a 3 inch heart shaped cookie. However, you
may want to have the print be more in the shape of a
heart rather than the simple circle. You may trim
the frosting very easily using either a sharp
pointed knife or an X-ACTO Knife.
Step 3. Obtain a container
You
can pick up small metal buckets at any home
improvement or hardware store such as Lowes or Home
Depot. They are inexpensive. Then you can simply
leave it unpainted or spray paint it any color you
like. You don't have to use a metal pail, any
container will do such as a coffee can or a flower
pot.
Step 4. Add something to hold the cookie sticks
You
need to place something in the container to hold the
cookies upright. You can use florist foam available
at a craft store or simply use some rice. You can
add some newspaper to the bottom of the pail to lift
the rice or foam. You need at least four inches of
rice or foam to hold the cookies securely.
Step 5. Make the cookies
You
can use any rolled cookie dough recipe you like. We
have included a great recipe in this edition of
Tasty Tidbits. You can also use refrigerated or
packaged cookie dough. Once your dough is ready,
roll it out as directed and cut your heart shapes
using a 3 inch or larger heart shaped cutter.
Lay
one cookie on the baking sheet and gently lay a
lollipop stick about 3/4 the way up the center of
the heart and then gently lay another cookie cutout
on top. You do not need to press them together
because they will 'melt' together as they bake.
(Lollipop sticks are available at your local craft
store.) Bake as directed.

Step 6. Apply your Edible Tasty Prints
Because we are going to wrap the cookies in plastic
wrap, we need to use an 'icing' that will harden
with the Edible Tasty Print so that it will not
smear or stick to the plastic wrap. You can use
Royal Icing or, we recommend using white chocolate
such as Nestle's Toll House White Morsels. One 12
ounce bag will easily cover 12 cookies. Place the
morsels in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on
high in 15 to 20 second increments. Stir the morsels
every 15 or 20 seconds and melt the chocolate until
almost completely melted. After 1 minute of
microwaving, even if there are a few tiny pieces of
chocolate unmelted, just let the heat in the bowl
finish the melting process. Stir until smooth. This
should take no more than about 1 minute of total
microwave time. MAKE SURE you stir the chocolate
every 15 or 20 seconds to prevent the chocolate from
scorching.
Using
a small spatula, spread the chocolate over the
cookie as evenly as possible. Lift the Edible Tasty
Print of the backing sheet and apply it to the
cookie. Gently smooth the print and press the edges
into the chocolate. Be sure to frost and apply the
print to ONE cookie at a time. If you frost more
than one cookie before applying the Edible Tasty
Print, the chocolate will harden before you can
apply a print. If the chocolate in the bowl stiffens
before you have frosted all your cookies, place it
back in the microwave for 15 or 20 seconds to soften
it again. Once all your Edible Tasty Prints have
been applied, allow your cookies to sit 15 or 20
minutes before wrapping.
Wrap
each cooking with a small sheet of plastic wrap and
tie a simple thin ribbon at the neck of the lollipop
cookie as shown below.

Carefully arrange your cookies in the container you
have prepared.
Step 7. Present your
UNFORGETTABLE gift!
THAT'S IT! What a great surprise for someone
